Biography
Amy Major is the Creator and Director of The Spirit Rescue Center of Psychic Studies. Her devotion to the advancement of Spirit Rescue worldwide has paved the way for development of an international program to help train, develop, enhance, and support all students in the Metaphysical and Psychic Arts.
Amy’s extensive training in psychic, spiritual and metaphysical studies for over two decades have been from some of the best metaphysical schools in the world including Morris Pratt Institute, National Spiritualist Association of Churches, Institute of Metaphysical Studies, and University of Metaphysics. She obtained her Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, B. MSc. and is working to obtain her Masters in Metaphysical Science.
Her first book, "Toward the Light, Rescuing Spirits, Trapped Souls, and Earthbound Ghosts“ (2015) has gained popularity throughout the spiritual and paranormal communities. Amy worked as a Consultant-Medium to CBS Studios to develop a series based on the book, "Toward the Light”. Amy’s second book, "Light the Way, A Guide to Becoming a Rescue Medium” (2018) was written as a field guide for mediums looking to pursue rescue mediumship and spirit rescue. “Release to Light, The Major Method of Attachment Releasement” (2023) is her newest book to be released detailing a full clearing process to help eliminate attachments. The release of her fourth book “Loss of the Light, Darkness Spreading”, and fifth book “A Light in Dark Spaces”, will come in the next few years.
Amy’s mission is to help grow the spirit rescue community by offering professional training internationally so that anyone can take part in the process of becoming a professional psychic, medium, healer, clearing specialists, or rescue medium. Amy’s future plans involve the growth and expansion of Spirit Rescue University with global satellite schools for metaphysical studies.

Welcome!
It is such a pleasure to welcome you to The Spirit Rescue Center of Psychic Studies (SRC). I have been waiting for you for so long! It has been a long journey of learning, development, and expansion in spirit rescue, and we are ready for more growth ahead! I began my journey many years ago, long before anyone knew anything about spirit rescue. It was a much different world than it is today. During my development, I often found it hard to find resources and information that supported my intuition, spirit messages, and experience. There weren’t many people teaching spirit rescue and therefore, I had to receive the information through my guides and learn on my own.
Spirit rescue was often dismissed, or spoken poorly of, when having discussions in the spiritual community. It was perceived as the ‘darker’ form of mediumship, which was never to be discussed. I felt very alone on my path, as there weren’t many people that supported me. My guides encouraged me to stride on, continuing my learning in rescue mediumship, and eventually attachment removal. Everything I encountered in the field came to me with little to no resources or help. I had to just figure it out as I went. It was through the help of my spirit team that I could maneuver through the difficulties of my development. Even though I knew that rescue work was my calling, I pushed it away several times because of the lack of support from the psychic and spiritual community. I longed for help that was nowhere to be found.
Over time, I learned how to stand on my own, with my head held high, proud of my work as a rescue medium. I knew that with every earthbound soul I encountered; I was helping God, angels, and the soul’s guides. They needed my assistance, and I was ready to be of help whenever I could. I began to love my work, knowing how important it was in this world. I no longer felt the need for approval from the spiritual community. I had the approval from God, which was all I needed, to know that I was on the right path.
Many of you may have found it difficult to talk to others about your gifts or experiences. It isn’t always easy to find support where and when you need it the most. You may feel lost and alone occasionally, wondering if it’s all worth it in the end. I can tell you that it is! And I won’t allow you to go another day thinking that you are alone, because you are not. I’m right here with you, every step of the way.
I have a strong passion to help those in this field to grow and master their abilities, with the support of a rescue community behind them. I wanted no one else to feel alone the way that I did. My love for all of you has paved the way for the formation of this school. The Spirit Rescue Center began when I decided that all individuals that embark on the journey of rescue work can have an informed resource of information and structured practices that will help them excel in the psychic and spiritual arts. For it is not my work that will make the lasting difference in this world, but yours! I was told a long time ago by spirit that I would gather the necessary information to help lead and guide the future Rescue Masters. And here you are!
So, let us begin your magical journey to self-discovery, self-improvement, and self-mastery. Even though I can’t be with you all the time, you have the full support of my staff and my coaches to help you. They will be an extension of my love and guidance. Use your resources here at SRC and gain the most from your lessons. You are the future of my work, which makes you the most important person to me. You will continue what I started a long time ago, and that means so much.
So, thank you for trusting in me to guide you on your rescue path. You have given me the best gift anyone can, and that is hope for a better tomorrow for lost and confused souls in need of help. After all, they are the reason we are here learning this work. Let us move onward and upward, and continue to communicate, counsel, and guide earthbound souls in need of help. Let us be the hero that so many of them need.
